Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand are known as "The Golf Capital of the World", due to the fact there are over 100 courses to choose from. Before I moved to the area, I enjoyed playing golf here for 12 years while on vacation with my family or on a golf package with friends. Now that I live here I am like a kid in a candy store! There are golf courses for all levels of play, and with a wide variety of layouts, from old course links style to precise target style golf. Moving to the area definitely has its advantages, as "local rates" can be 50% less than the standard rates. Let's see...great golf at a great rate - my wife had to really twist my arm for me to move here! I enjoy meeting new people on the courses, and always look forward to playing with my clients.
